Leh Ladakh Holidays
Day 1: Leh
Welcome to your Leh Ladakh !. Arrive at the Airport in Srinagar, where you will be met by our representative and transfer tohotel. After the refresh, leave for the summer palace of erstwhile maharajas of Ladakh- Shey Palace, Thiksey monastery (housed with a 100 ft tall statue of Maitreya Buddha), and Hemis monastery (the largest monastery in Ladakh). In the evening, return to the hotel. Overnight stay ata hotel in Leh.
Day 2: Leh-Nubra Valley
This morning, drive to Nubra Valley, driving across Khardong-la (alt: 18,380 ft). On reaching Nubra Valley, check inthe camp. Later visit Hunder and Diskit monastery. Overnight stay at Camp in Nubra Valley.
Day 3: Nubra Valley-Leh
This morning, drive to Leh. On arrival, I check in hotel. Overnight stay at a hotel in Leh.
Day 4: Leh – Pangong – Leh
This morning, leave for Pangong Lake. A full day excursion to Pangong Lake, which is 135 kilometers away from Leh enroute crossing the Chang-la pass. After sightseeing around the lake, drive back to Leh. Overnight stay at a hotel in Leh.
Day 5: Leh
After breakfast, drop off at Leh airport for onward journey.
