ITINERARY :-
Day 01 : Srinagar – Kargil (Via Sonmarg)
Welcome to your 'Kashmir Tour!. Arrive at Airport in Srinagar meet and greet by our representative and drive to Kargil. On the road from Srinagar to Leh just a few hundred meters Dras town is the war memorial, memorial famous battle in India – Pakistani war.In Sonmarg you can visit like Zero point, where are stunning vievs. In kargil check in hotel and there is many monasteries and nearby mountains there is more monasteries to visit. Lamayuru Monastery (Yuru Gompa), Mulbekh Monastery and Phuktal Monastery for example, but there is many more. There is beatiful valleys, lakes, mountais and pass to explore. Night in hotel in Kargil.
Day 02 : Kargil –Leh
Next morning, drive to Leh. On arrival check in hotel at Leh and take full day rest in hotel.Take a stroll in the streets and bazaars in the evening.. First day is very important for acclimatization, so take it easy and rest.Overnight stay at hotel in Leh.
Day 03 : Leh local
After the breakfast you can visit monasteries like: Thiksey Monastery, Alchi Choskor Monastery and Deskit Monastery. There is also Hall of Fame army museum. Pangong Tso lake is famous of its beauty and there is a nature safaries for tourist, which are highly recommended in you want to see natural splendor around Leh. In evening you can enjoy dinner and shop in local bazaars which are famous. Night in hotel.
Day 04 : Leh –Nubra
Post breakfast embark on a mesmerizing drive to the Nubra Valley which is 125 kilometers from Leh. On the way to Nubra Valley, cross the Khardungla Pass which is 5 596 m. above the sea level and is the highest motorable pass in the world. In the afternoon, visit the Diskit and Hunder Monasteries and also the White Sand Dunes. Enjoy a camel safari on the double humped camels which are found only in the Nubra Valley as far as India is concerned. Overnight at deluxe camp/hotel.
Day 05 : Nubra – Leh
After breakfast check out from hotel and drive to the Leh. In Leh you can rest a while. Shopping in the Leh markets which are famous for Pashmina Shawls, Pearls, Chinese Cutleries and Ladakhi wooden handicraft items and there is plenty places to visit if you miss them in firs time. Night in hotel.
Day 06 : Leh – Pangong
Check out from hotel after breakfast and drive to Pangong Lake. Early departure for Pangong Lake (approx. 145 kms, located on the Indo China Border), via Chang-la pass 5 294 m. high.Pangong Lake is situated at about 4,3282 m. height and is the world’s highest saltwater lake. There is plenty camps for tourists and the landscape in the backdrop of the Pangong Lake makes it a one of a kind experience. And there is possible to take a camel safari and see local sightseeings. Pangong Lake is almost 150 km long with just one third of it in India (Other side being in China). Night in camp.
Day 07 : Pangong – Leh
After night in camp and breakfast drive back to the Leh. In Leh you can again rest a while and relax, shop or visit some places you have miss in your trip.
Day 08 : Leh - Sarchu
After breakfast its time to leave Leh and drive to Sarchu. Road are snakeroad trough mountains and valleys and its one in the lifetime experience. In Sarchu there is Camps to sleep.Sarchu (222 kms from Manali and 250 kms from Leh) lies mid-way on the legendary Manali - Leh Route at about 3352 m. as high. In Sarchu is surrounded by exceptional beauty and views. Sarchu area is remote and to set up a camp to serve guests itself is a big deal here. In the night you can enjoy wonder of clear view on Milky Way and stars. Night in camp.
Day 09 : Sarchu – Manali
The road between Sarchu and Manali is legendary, there are slopes, passes, mountains, streams, glasiers and breathtaking vievs along the road. Enjoy natures beauty. In Manali check in hotel and rest a while.
Day 10 : Manali local
After breakfast tour in the city and visit some of the prominent spots and attractions including Hadimba Devi Temple also called Dhungri Temple, Manu Temple, Tibetan Monastery and Vashisth Village. There are also Kothi Gorge, Marhi, Gulaba. Rothang Pass is outstandingly beautiful and is an ideal spot to view the majestic snow covered Himalayas, serene natural surrounding, pristine lake and fairy white snow round the year. In Solang Valley is winter and adventure sports to try like paragliding and snowcat driving and so on. You can also shop on local markets and bazaars. Night in hotel.
Day 11 : Manali – Chandigarh
Check out from hotel after breakfast and drive to Chandigarh. Road start to descent in lowlands from mountains and it’s a 294 km drive and you are in Chandigarh in dusk of evening. From Chandigarh your journey will continue with plane/bus/train.
